Directions for use: Heat up or warm gently in your hands and apply liberally as a massage oil. Allow to absorb into your skin for at least half an hour. Wash off in a warm shower or bath if required after use.
Ingredients: Sesame oil, Olive oil, Ashwagandha, Bala, Shatavari, Passion flower, Bhringaraja, Licorice, Tulsi, Valerian, Jasmine flowers.
