Ideally your child will be eating a vitamin and mineral rich diet, however we live in times when many children eat more erratically, sometimes the food choices they make are not the most nutritious, and what healthy food they do eat is usually from nutrient deficient soils.

Choosing to give your child a multivitamin and mineral is a smart choice to maintain healthy, happy kids, and meet their growing needs.
