DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, four (4) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7) (contains milk and soy) 65 μg
Boron (as sodium borate, citric acid) 2 mg Vegetable Glycerin
Zinc (as amino acid chelate†) 5 mg
Manganese (as amino acid chelate†) 2 mg
Copper (as amino acid chelate†) 0.5 mg
Vitamin D (1000 IU, as D3 prep.) 25 μg
